postgres for windows ?

does anybody know where I could download Postgres for windows as well as a software to administer it something similar to EasyPHP for MySQL ?

you need to get Cygwin from cygwin.com and add postgresql via the database option

mysql-front is the best admin tool i've come across for mysql.
