IPO 4.1.1201 and vmpro 4.1.40

Hello, I have a post dial action as a part of a queue message for vmpro that is working just fine, however, the post dial likes to say "Forwarded". The caller hears this message and it's distracting.

I'm sure there is some way to erase that message "forwarded". It's in audix annie's voice. I tried to find the corresponding wav file from the knowledgebase but it didn't exist. can anyone help?

if its ip office mode the wav is ssb_10.wav

stars are most welcome

 
I wouldn't delete it, just record 1 second of silence over it.

and rename to fit

 
TomMills was on the money! Thanks for the help everyone. Now callers don't hear that "Forwarded" message. Perfect.
