I have a customer looking to offer their customers the option after a customer call to be able to transfer them to Customer survey where they press 1-5 throug a few questions and then be able to report on them:
Ex. Please rate our customer servie - 1 for poor, 5 for great
Was the agents knowledgable - 1 for poor, 5 for great,
etc, etc.
Is this able to be done through the VM Pro or is there a Dev Connect that has this offering?
