Possible to place cell values into Page Setup Header in Excel?

Is it possible to use the value of a cell in Excel inside the header of the page setup, effectively providing the heading for the printed report?

ActiveSheet.PageSetup.PrintArea = ""
With ActiveSheet.PageSetup
.LeftHeader = ""
.CenterHeader = "&""Arial,Bold""&12Title Of Report"
.RightHeader = ""
