Just a general question. Is it possible to import tapes from a Veritas Netbackup DataCenter 4.5fp6 backup into the Backup Exec environment. My dilemma is that our Network Admins want to possibly perform an offsite Exchange Server Recovery but the issue is that I back up the Exchange server with an HPUX Master & Media servers in Netbackup. I figured it would be much easier just to install Backup Exec on the offsite Exchange Server and then import the Netbackup tape from a standalone drive. We have an older version of Backup Exec (8)? and I did not see any options to import Netbackup tapes. Thanks for any opinions or advice!
