Possible to export/import users?

I need to transer a user list off of a 2K pro computer (name, pass, and group memberships) and add them to a new 2K domain controller. Is there a way to export this list? If not, any tricks or hacks? I'd really rather not have to sit and type in 75 new users on this thing.

if you upgrade this system to windows 2000 server, and make it a backup domain controller using active directory that should do the trick. Look at

Try using addusers.exe from the Resource Kit, you can export and import with this. Q199878 in the Knowledgebase has all the switches.
