Possible to Connect Apple Printer w/ Non Apple PCs?

My company was given a number of Apple Printers. Problem is, these printers have different connection types than a typical pc has.

Does anyone know of an adapter that can be purchased to intergrate an Apple Printer with a universal PC Printer Port?
