Positouch Rebuilding Database

Hello, I recently had a problem with my Positouch Driver and lost all the files. So now I have installed a clean install of the positouch server and backoffice on my server computer. I was just wondering if somone could tell me how to rebuild and create the database and how to setup and configre spcwin.
