positioning a table

Whenever a table is placed on a new form, I can not get it to be inserted @ 0,0. It is located @ about 3,3 pixels.

The only way to get it to 0,0 is to use an existing form. At least for me. Is there an easier way?

Is it your browser default border and margin settings? If so, set them to zero in your CSS

Thanks, It appears that is what is causing the problem. Discovered that shortly after I posted.
