POS receipt printer prints out only the header via citrix

Hi I just update my OS service pack to sp2 and my POS printer prints half of the receipt (header only) now, what might have changed?

Hi,

this upgate might be affect to your printer drivers and settings on your server.

I think your problem will be somewhere this POS printer driver .

Can you reinstall your printer? Can you change the driver for?

it is generic text driver though.
