Portwell SBC - B1 port not wokring.

Hi experts, We were using portwell sbc perfectly fine for last few weeks. Today after few days we connected our sip line to B1 port and there was no interface light. we enabled interface B2 and same issue for that port also, no light. The cable is fine. What could be the issue. Thanks.

Have you enabled the ports within the software?

Try disabling each port from the GUI interface the re-enabling? Also on Command line type ethtool B1 --- see if it even detects the link, it should say something like link detected: yes.

If no link, I might investigate your switch side for any port security issues that may be enabled.
