Ports neeed for Outlook 2000 with Exchange 5.5

I have a user thats connected to my site using VPN from his internet-connection at home.

His ISP lets him share their firewall and are willing to open it up for him if we know what ports and protocola that needs to be opened.

What ports and protocols does Exchange use when a user uses Outlook 2000..?

E.g what ports / protocols need his ISP open up for him..?

I have read something about that all ports are dynamically assigned, but that doesn't sound like an easy shot for me..
