Is there a way to forward calls to the attendant DN when all ports are busy on Callpilot (5.5 CS1000 and 4.0)? Incoming calls are presently getting RNA. It looks like you can give a busy tone if too many calls are in que for CP but there is not a re-route option. Is there a workaround for this?
