Port_Forwarding

I'm having a problem with port forwarding and here's the problem. I have one External IP with a static route to the exchangeserver for Webmail. That work fine but the problem i'm having is i have another application that needs port 80 mapped to it. I do have another external IP address can I just forward port 80 from that address without affecting webmail. Or is there a way to port forward another port and have it changed when it gets internally. I will post some configuration if needed.

Adding another static nat on a different external IP address won't affect the existing one.
