Ex.

63.180.67.101:80 ---> DMZ: 10.3.1.1:80 Windows Web Server
63.180.67.101:23 ---> DMZ: 10.3.1.15:23 Unix Box
63.180.67.101:25 ---> DMZ: 10.3.1.25:25 Mail Server
63:180.67.101:1494 -> DMZ: 10.3.1.56:1494 Citrix Terminal Server
