port listening

[COENABRAM]

We use exchange server 2000 sp4 and hexamail guard 2.2.2.002 for santi-spam. Since a week i can not receive mail when hexamail guard is working and when i stop it i receive mail. In hexamail i see the message:

Message: Exchange listening on port 33000, but another process is also bound to this port. If you experience difficulties identify and stop the other process bound to this port

Who can I see which other process is also bound to this port
