I have a compap router, on the vertual server tap, it shows global port ports from (1~9600) and local port (1~65535)

now i have a program that needs to listen on port higher then 9600 , lets say port 12000, how do i do that ? since the global port will not acceed port 9600 ,

I use to have a DLINK router, and it didn't have global and local, it only has one from ports (1~65535)

any help will be greatly aporeciated, or if you have any resources on the difference between global and local ports ,

Thanks in advance
Max
