Port forwarding?

I have set up a 2k server with 3 clients. The server is attached to a cable modem and has ics running for the clients. One of the clients is attached to a reef aquarium and has software on it to record data and transfer it to a friend via port 5450. Is it possible to enable the client to send the data out through the server and to the internet with ics. Or do I have to install a straight nat, or proxy?

Any help would be appreciated!
