Anyone point me in the right direction to send all files in a local directory on my PC to a remote FTP server using Internet Transfer Control? I know how to transport file(s)by hard coding it using the PUT operation, but business rule needs to be flexible enough to transport all files in the directory. I'm thinking I may need to use a function in a Windows API by making a call to it.

Look up the internet transfer control in MSDN. It will let you do exactly this very simply.
