Does anyone know an easy way to get port usage/capacity per tenant? We have 30 different sites and I wanted to know if there was an easy way to spread that maintenance cost to each group?
Thanks for your time.

I do not think you are going to be able to pull up a report on just tenants. Something like "list set type tenant 1" or "list extension type tenant 1" doesnt exists. You may be able to though if you have these numbers (The DID's) in ranges in these places.

If you do have these blocked off you can use the "li extension xxxx cou 50 (or whatever you have these blocked off as) and pull them up.

Also if you have given them separate COR's you can run the same command as above. "li extensi cor xx"

When is the last time you helped someone, just because you were able to?

The is no direct way that I know of but depending on what you want to include in the billing, you could run a report "list extension" through ASA and have that goto a file, one of the fields is Tenant #. This wouls list all items in the PBX. If you only want stations do a "list station" again to a file.

Now you can manipulate the file with excel to get the counts.
