port blocked within Citrix farm?

Does Citrix block ports or hasve it's own firewall?

Situation:

1)Remote Nfuse connection -

run IE
go to

http://someapp:6666

- this page cannot be displayed error
run IE
go to

http://someapp:16666

(test environment)
- works fine

2)Local Network connection
run IE
go to

http://someapp:6666

- works fine
run IE
go to

http://someapp:16666

(test environment)
- works fine
