Port 5800 opening

Does anyone know how to open port 5800 on the XP Pro firewall?

Port 5800 is for screen sharing and the use of VNC clients etc. I'm ok through a VPN of course but I would like to get through this port with a web browser, which you can do with the AT&T VNC stuff.

Anybody?
