Port 3389 Not Open

Doing a netstat -a shows that port 3389 is not open. I did enable RD and it is defined in the registry.

Do I need a certain service to be started as well?

You need to open the port on your firewall/router and point it to the IP of the computer recieving the connection. That should take care of it. Re-post if not and include the brand/model of your router/firewall and please do NOT include WAN IP and Password.
