Port 25 blocked

On my email server port 25 seems to be blocked.
I cannot telnet to my mail server.
I do have a firewall, with NO OUTBOUND RESTRICTIONS.
I CAN telnet to my mail server from port 25 from other PCs.

How can I check this out?

I CAN telnet to my mail server from port 25 from other PCs.

This means port 25 is NOT blocked.

Either your firewall is not passing requests through or your ISP is blocking them. Check with your ISP.

ISP was blocking them.
I have 53 clients and sent an email to all of them.
Locked at more than 50 per hour.

Moved email to a different domain and a different port.
