Popups Menu (2005)

Hi!
Is there anyway I can use the popupmenu like in vb6? I dont like using contextual menus control and I dont like to use the notification control to put an icon on the tray. I got some controls that can put text on tray but intercepts the right clicks of mouse and they cant interact with those new fashion controls (for beginers) that VB.NET 2005 has. :(
