popup in middle of previous popup 1

Can some tell me how you can make a popup which appears in the middle of its parent,which is also a popup window ?

Hi,

of course this is the method for dealing with this problem;
but it is exactly the centering of both popups that is the problem, as I didn't found it in the JS open source ;-)!

thanx but I d like to center the popup on the parent window and not on the screen.
Which prefs do I have to use then ?
