I have a continuous form which displays the results of a search on my client records.

I set this form to "popup" and i CANNOT get it to show more than one result at a time, you have to always scroll down through the recordset, I don't want it like that, I want it a nice size than could display up to around 10 records at a time (like the phonelist form in Northwind).

Where is the damn option to do this? I've been searching for ages. It's not auto resize, and it's not the width of form option.

Thanks in advance.

The only option I can think is to change the views allowed to datasheet, then you can see a lot more of the records. Or you just have to consolidate the controls on your form so that it doesn't take up as much space on your form. That way more records would show.

Mark,

I don't have Access with me at the time, but what i think
you want is a continuous form. You can size it to display
as many records as desired, save it, and it will remember.

Let me know.

I used the "movesize" command in VB - it did the trick!

Thanks.
