Populating Recordser from a TAB-DELIMITED text file

Hi,

I need to populate a recordset from a tab delimited text file. However data is not of a fixed width as it contains

NAME...tab...SURNAME...tab...ADDRESS...tab... etc...

Can someone indicate me how I can do this please?

You can use Jet's ISAM text driver to import a delimited or fixed length file into a recordset, or use a fabricated recordset and file OPEN# methods.

You will need a schema.ini to override the default regitry settings for delimted file imports.
