populate street address, firm name, phone number

We want to advise people by e-mail of our new firm name, address, etc. by attaching a vcard to our e-mail; however, I cannot figure out where in exchange to set this globally so that it will populate to all users. I have checked in outlook and exchange. Has anyone does this before. Surely, they have.
