Poptop on RH9

I have RH9 and want to install PopTop VPN software. I see all the instructions and stuff are for RH7.3 but figured it would be about the same. I can't install the PPP_MPPE RPM on my system because it wants 7.3. Has anyone install the Poptop VPN on version 9 and if so how?
