POP3

Does PHP have anything built in to access POP3 servers, and if no, does anyone know of any add ons?

I'm looking for something similar to this perl module.

The POP3 protocol is such a simple protocol that implenting your own shouldn't be hard at all.

http://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc1939.txt
