POP3 mail retrieved by exchange 2k into public folder

I have a local server with exchange 2000 server running on it and I'd like to have exchange download POP3 email from my online ISP mail.xxx-inc.com and select individuals from my company have mail.xxx-inc.com correspondence show up in their exchange folder (a public folder) from which they can read and reply and see each others replies. Is there a step by step set of directions somewhere that will tell me how to do this?

Your help will be greatly appreciated.
