pop3 connector AND leave a copy on server

Does anyone know how to configure the pop3 connector to leave a copy of the email on the server?

If POP is enabled,Outlook Express supports this (but I've never tried OE / POP / Exchange.

It is client configured, it's just a check box under the POP settings. Outlook has this as well.

Sorry, I should have been more clear. The Exchange server is configured to automatically download pop3 email via the pop3 connection manager. Exchange server then erases the email from the pop3 server by default after it downloads. Clients connect to the Exchange server internally, usually. I want the Exchange server to leave a copy of the email on the pop3 server. This is different from configuring this in the Outlook or OE client.
