Exchange 5.5 sp4, 5 servers in site, two servers have internet mail connectors
Until last week any user could pop into either mail connector and authenticate and retreive his mail and send mail internally or externally.
Suddenly you can only authenticate against the server on which you are homed and the people on the other 3 servers are unable to send mail to external domains. The error message in the event log says that there is no such mailbox, yet allows mail to enter our domain, but not to go to external domains and the users can retreive mail from the Exchange server.
Any thoughts appreciated
