Hi,
I have and enduser (don't we all?), who has decided to purchase a combination device that acts as a phone and a PDA. He has discovered that it will look at his email account here through the POP3 service. But he has also discovered he can't send email from that device through my Exchange server. As usual, my server which is clamped down to prevent relaying, is stopping him.
Problem: He wants me to allow for this process. Is there a safe way for this to happen? As I see it and based on research that I have done, I can't do this without opening myself up to a whole world of problems.
Does anyone have any ideas?
Thanks for any help,
Wyz
