I am getting pop ups after my Explorer is shut down. It pops up and it has 'portal' in the title bar. the darn thing just opens its own window when there was none B4.

It prolly has nothing to do with Un-interuptible Power Supplys, which this conference is about. As a guess, it is a windows issue, perhaps a virus of sorts. ot you just go to a site which does pop behind windows and it is there all along and you do not notice til you close what is in front of it.
If you are getting pop ups from your UPS, perhaps it needs serviced? I tried to remain child-like, all I acheived was childish.
