pop up windows with flash

Hi, I have a pop up window at flash, it work fine but it doesn't work at my local computer
Can someone help me?

It works fine on the web but on my local computer the pop up window doesn't work (the same computer)

If you're using IE and opening a local .html, then IE often has problems with opening local files.

but the pop up window works fine at my local computer when I am using html file and then call to another html page
the problem is only when I have swf file that call html file on my local computer
