Hi

I want to know if it is possible to develop a pop up wizard for help which also has a keyword search.
I want a similar one to the one we get interactive pop up message (dialogue box)/wizard for help in Microsoft windows word with an image

If any one has any clue to how to go about this please help and share,

Thanks

Hi anida,

If you want to use php, it means you are developing a server-client application, so you have to use Java applets or some kind of Javascript to create a pop up window on the client PC. And in this area I don't have a big experience, so I couldn't say what's the best way to achieve this goal. But speaking of keyword search, I've just finished to develop a search engine for a complex mySQL database, and I think that php & mySQL is a wonderful couple! They work very well together, so if you're planning to perform a keyword search, you should seriously consider to put your data into a mySQL database and use an Apache server to run a php script that queries the database to retrieve the keywords. Obviously I'm assuming that you work under Linux as would be suitable if you use php.

In any case, could you be a little bit more specific describing your application?
Hear ya! :)
