POP 3 port problem

Running Exchange 5.5 and unable to telnet to port 110 on the server itself (as we are setting up POP3 clients)

Nothing else is using 110

Any ideas anyone !

Firewall per chance?


Carlsberg don't run I.T departments, but if they did they'd probably be more fun.
