Poor audio

We have on main site S8300 G700 CM 2.2 and on remote site S8300LSP g350. When call is made from remote site to main site we are experience poor audio, but when call is made from main site to remote site audio is good? QoS is done on CM and switches from both sides.
Any idea where to look reasons for poor audio?
 
have a look at the codec set in use:

do a "ch ip-codec 1" and use G711A or G711MU as the codec and set media encryption t0 none.

now do a "ch ip-network region 1" and set the inter network region codec sets, see example below: -
