Pools and Personal Lines

1) Can Key mode allow pooled lines?
2) If I pool lines, can they appear as a pool on one station and as an independent personal line on another station?

No, and No.

I sometimes use a setup we call "CUSTOM SQUARE".

The way I do that is:

I set the system up in Hybrid PBX mode but do not put all lines in pools.

Some lines (or all of them) are assigned to individual sets.

so that allows some of the lines that are already in pools to also show up as individual appearances?

Not really.

Pools is pools.

What it allows is lines NOT IN POOLS can be on individual extensions.

OF course, AN ATTENDENT can have INDIVIDUAL APPEARENCES of LINES that are in POOLS.
