Hi!
Anyone already programmed some polynomial fit subroutine and would share it with me?

Are you talking about interpolating or approximating splines? If so, my catmull-rom curve is one example of fitting a third degree polynomial to a set of 2D points. For 1-D,just get rid of the catx calculations, and use regularly spaced points on a line.
