Polycomm speaker phone

How can I turn off echo cancel on a polycomm conference phone through ipoffice, I was successful turning it off on our 9508 phones but the polycomm has no way of progamming. its very noisy(static). all the 9508 were too while on speaker but turning off echo canceller fixed the 9508's.
