Hi guys,
So I went to configure 2x Polycom conference phones on our 10.1 Avaya. IP7000 works fine and registers OK. Trio 8800 does have an issue though. I have followed the Avaya manual, even downgraded Trio to the version tested in the document. (Ref: Application Notes for Polycom® RealPresence Trio™ 8800 Conference Phone and Avaya IP Office – Issue 1.0)
The phone would not come up in the SIP monitor/registration at all. Well it comes up as per below on the main monitor: (IP changed for security purposes).
363981114mS SIP Reg/Opt Rx: phone
REGISTER sip:10.10.10.10 SIP/2.0
Via: SIP/2.0/UDP 10.10.10.99;branch=z9hG4bK5d138aa685CADF8
From: "561" <sip:561@10.10.10.10>;tag=509E09B5-4AC6E95B
To: <sip:561@10.10.10.10>
CSeq: 1 REGISTER
But nothing happens.
I can also see this:
358260382mS ERR: TLS:Fatal Error on connection Src=10.10.10.10:443 Dst=10.10.10.99:22843
358260393mS ERR: TCP Connection error 104 for Src=10.10.10.10:443 Dst=10.10.10.99:22843
Again, IP700 works fine. I do have communication set to UDP only so not sure where TLS is coming from.
Any ideas? I may be missing something obvious?
Thanks,
Tom
