We recently picked up a used SoundStation model: 2301-03322-001-T. It came with a power supply model: 2301-03433-001-B. The power supply has two RJ-45 plugs on it. If I hook it up to a normal analog phone line, I don't get dial tone. Is this the correct power supply for the phone? If I hook up a different analong power supply (2201-05100-001-C) it works with out an issue. I'm wondering if this power supply is designed for a Polycom to use a digital phone line instead of an analog one? If so, anyone know the set type to use?

Thanks!

That power supply is to connect a SoundStation to a digital phone. One RJ45 goes to the "adj" jack and the other (blue tip) should go to the Polycom.
