Polycom Soundpoint 500 with CallManager 3.3

We recently purchased two test Soundpoint IP 500's to work in conjunction with CallManager 3.3. Does anyone have any install tips to get these phones working? I would assume the TFTP server would need config files for the polycom phone, however I cannot find them anywhere.

We tried the Soundpoint 500 phones and replaced them with 7940 phones. The configuration software Cisco provides is very poor!! Try the Uniden UIP300 is you are looking for a H.323 phone. I found it was a much better product. Doesn't look as "high tech" as the Polycom, but works and sounds better (I couldn't believe the poor speaker quality from Polycom in this product line, I was VERY disappointed!)

Thank you. It sounds like I need to get the configuration file from Cisco. Is this true?
