Polycom IP7000 Conference Phone

We have a client that we sold a few new IP7000s to and after a f=couple of months - they came in this AM and found an error message on one of their IP7000s.

Any ideas what the issue might be? I though tit might have been flashed with an incorrect SW or FW load during overnight updates??

"This morning, the IP7000 was displaying the message "Updating Initial Configuration" permanently. Tried a default reset, and it now just goes into an infinite reboot loop.
