Polycom IP6000 on CM 6 as a local conference room phone

I am trying to figure out the set type and configuration for the IP 6000 on a CM6. I have only deployed 9630 and 9611 phones but not this one. I assume you set it up similar? or do you have to hard code IPs into the beast?

Polycom IP 6000 is SIP-based so you will need Session Manager. The application note is at

If you want an H.323-based conference phone, then you need the Avaya 1692 IP Conference Phone.

Thank you, shortly after I wrote this, the vendor explained that they shipped me the wrong version... They will be sending the 1692. What set type do I make the 1692?
