Does anyone know if Polycom makes a phone that can go on our current Nortel 81c then migrate to voip when the time comes.. I have contacted polycome sales twice with no response. Thank you

I don't think so, they do offer both TDM and IP.

I am not aware of a single polycom that is TDM/voIP.

I suspect you'll be getting some analog ports on your IP phone system, so you could just use the standard Polycom forever.
