Polycom 2490 w/Caller ID

I've connected a Polycom 2490 to a Definity system (CM). I'm using the site admin. and tried to get caller id to come up on a 2490. I've connected 2 other phones (2410 and 6416D+) and got caller id with no problem but can't get CI on the 2490. I've duplicated the working stations and even put the Polycom on the working stations but still nothing. It just says "incoming call". I'm starting to wonder if the caller ID is actually just recognized form the phone book. I'm going to try that right now but any info. would be appreciated.
 
what is the set type you have it built as
